Fragrant Harbour

In the fragrant harbour at the moment, about to have a (very) early night.

Played mahjong for 10 hours in a mahjong club with Pat and Kin Tun last night -- as Kin Tun said, HKers play mahjong in style.

Lots of thoughts about this place -- more than I really feel like writing down right now. But it is quite a stunning place, bits reminding me of Tokyo and New York combined. It's like walking through a New York comprised solely of Mott St.

Oh, and the food is _excellent_. The humblest diner humbles the best restaurant in New York.

On the way to Hong Kong

Right.

Burnt out.

Need vacation badly.

Ten minutes to boarding.

Eight days of eat/sleep.

No nirvana ever beckoned more alluringly.

Definitely blogging again before leaving Hong Kong.
